RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

It is the policy of TF Fine Food Company Limited to ensure that our products are supplied and delivered under strict quality control. You are highly recommended to check the integrity and quality of products upon delivery before signing the delivery note (which the copy will be kept by our courier staff) for confirmation.

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, please contact us on (852)2615 0620 or by email (enquiries@tf-finefood.com) within 7 days after delivery. We will take appropriate remedial measures for any reasonable claims after inspection and assessment, including refund, replacement or coupons for next-time purchase.

For a practical and accurate assessment, please be reminded that:
 
1) The product should be kept frozen until pick up by our staff. Pickup service will be arranged as soon as possible.
2) If applicable, send photo(s) of the problem or defected product by email for our reference of inspection.
