Miso Honey Lamb Cutlets


Ingredients

– 6 pieces Lamb Cutlets
– 1/2 Onion, Sliced

Marinade

– 4 tbsp Grapefruit Honey
– 1/2 tbsp Mirin
– 1 tsp Soy Sauce
– 1 tsp Ginger Juice
– 2 tbsp Miso
– 2 tsp Sesame Oil
– 1 tsp Cooking Wine

Cooking Method

  1. Rinse lamb cutlets; shred onions
  2. Marinate the lamb cutlet for about 30 mins. Drain the marinade for later use.
  3. Heat oil and pan fry lamb cutlet until cooked.
  4. Heat oil, sauté onions and boil with the marinade. Pour on top of cutlets to serve.
